HerRising 2024 – Fueling Career and Unveiling Success Stories of Women

On September 14th, 2024, an inspiring online career fair exclusively for women professionals brought together over 8K talented individuals and more than 40+ leading companies on a unified digital platform. This dynamic event offered an invaluable space for women to explore career opportunities, connect with potential employers, and showcase their skills. It underscored the crucial role women play in today’s workforce and highlighted the importance of fostering inclusivity in the professional world.

The career fair offered a hub of opportunities, with participation from top organisations, including Synchrony, IndusInd, Xperi, Warner Bros, Micron, Mastercard, S&P Global, Equinix, and many others,  The event culminated in the prestigious HerRising Awards 2024, honouring exceptional women achievers across 17 categories. The categories encompass a diverse range of fields, including Women in Education, Women in HR/Diversity & Inclusion, Women in Marketing and Content, Women in Sales, Women in Finance and Accounting, Women in Tech and Product, and Women Entrepreneurs to list a few.

This year, the HerRising 2024 event received over 1800 Nominations with 1200 Shortlisted candidates and more than 35000 Votes. These awards spotlighted the outstanding contributions and achievements of women across industries, reinforcing their vital presence in shaping the future of business, innovation, and leadership.

Some of the awardees are Urvashi Verma, TA Head, Xperi, Aradhana Mathur, Communications Specialist, Cargill, Anushri Bansal, Senior Economist – Asia Pacific, Mastercard, Sobhitha Neelanath, Senior Engineering Manager, Dell Technologies and more.
