ASF Leases Approx. 0.4 Million Sq. Ft. to Genpact at ASF Insignia, Gurugram in One of NCR’s Largest Office Transactions
ASF Group, a leading developer of build-to-suit IT infrastructure and commercial buildings, today announced the leasing of approximately 0.4 million sq. ft. of office space at its flagship commercial development, ASF Insignia, Gurugram, Genpact. The transaction will see Genpact occupy an exclusive tower at Kings Canyon, one of the marquee buildings within ASF Insignia.
The transaction marks one of the largest office leasing transactions in the NCR by scale and lease commitment, further reinforcing the region’s position as a preferred destination for large enterprises and global capability-driven operations.
